A J Taylor completed the Design & Build of the state-of-the-art facility at Etone College on behalf of Alcema Construction. The new standalone classroom block includes 23nr teaching classrooms, reception and staff offices along with associated services.
The project utilised the latest technology, with wireless lighting control for daylight dimming to improve energy efficiency and an emergency self-reporting system to help reduce maintenance costs.
Throughout the project from design to completion, particular attention to detail was critical to ensure the co-ordination of services between electrical and mechanical was seamless.
Other services provided include – Fire alarm, disabled refuge, door access, intruder alarm, CCTV, Data infrastructure, AV and disabled alarms call systems.
