We were invited to tender for a new housing development to be built in Stratford upon Avon upon a brownfield site. Working in collaboration with London based Baca Architects and Greswolde Construction Ltd, the project was to create new luxury, high quality flood proof homes.
With consultations with the Architects and clients we were able to overcome traditional construction restraints. We produced construction and as fitted drawings and installed, commissioned various lighting styles, power accessories and electric underfloor heating within the completed buildings. We monitored costs throughout agreeing savings where appropriate to flex within the project budget.
