A J Taylor Ltd were excited when they were appointed by JJS Developments to work and redevelop the historical Ice Works building in Worcester. As a landmark site into the city this redundant building was formally used in the business of manufacturing ice blocks and cold storage.
The first phase consisted of 21 new build apartments. The next phase involved the original 6 storey historic Mill building which is being converted into 35 beautifully refurbished apartments,
